📣 Introducing Tumble Tuesday with @Mattfreakinkelley ! 🤸 we’re excited to introduce a new Inside Cheer series featuring Matt Kelley, bringing 25 years of tumbling knowledge and a passion for technique, body control, and building athletes confidence. First up: the Lazy Layout Challenge! Matt loves this drill because it helps athletes work on keeping their head in, creating the proper arm position, and challenge themselves to safely attempt things that may feel a little scary. It’s all about making corrections building confidence, and becoming a stronger tumbler one skill at a time 💪 Check back twice a month on Tuesdays for more Tumble Tuesday tips from Matt Kelley! #flips #tumbling #tumble #flipping #insidecheer
