This is the type of approach (for a flip change) that you want to be taking with your more experienced pitchers or your pitchers that have been throwing their change up for a while (with success). How long can you wait before flipping your hand but still get backspin and good speed change? #softball #softballlife #softballdrills #softballgirls #pitchingcoach #pitching #pitchingmechanics #pitchingdrills #pitchingtips #pitchingtraining #DPSGameChangers #softballers #pitcher #pitchinginstructor #reels #reelsinstagram #reelsofinstagram #pitchperfect #pitchingpractice #pitchinglessons #pitchingvelocity #pitchingtiktok #softballtiktoks #softballgirl #softballplayers #softballplayer #softballcoach #reelstiktok

‼️SLAPPING: EPISODE 4‼️ The four main tools every slapper should have: - bunt - soft (chop) slap - hard/power slap - hitting away What truly made me the most successful slapper I could possible become was the ability to 1) read the defense to make the best decision and 2) be able to cycle through these 4 options between at bats or even within an at bat #dpsgamechanger #softball #softballlife #softballtiktoks #softballplayer #reels #slapping #softballslapping #softballslappingcoach #softballgirls

Have you been told you’re fast and should switch over? Coaches, do you have a player struggling to make contact from the right side and think they might have more success from the left? Make sure you watch next weeks episode to hear why an athlete should and should not switch over! #softball #softballlife #softballtiktoks #softballplayer #reels #slapping #softballslapping #softballslappingcoach #softballgirls #hitting #hittingdrills #softballcoach
