Would You Sleep Under This? See anything above this bed that I don’t love? Yep. That ceiling fan. In Feng Shui, we want the energy around the bed to feel settled. A fan constantly moving overhead can disturb that. So, easy fix. Just move the bed, right? Well, Feng Shui is never that cooperative. Because sometimes, this is actually the best wall for the bed. So now we have a decision to make. Move the bed, remove the fan, or pretend we never saw it? What would you do? . . . #MarylandRealEstate #DMVRealEstate #PropertySelection #Prosperity #fengshui

So… Would I Keep the Ceiling Fan? Well, apparently some of you would rather give up Feng Shui than give up your ceiling fan. And honestly, I get it. If this is the best wall for the bed, I wouldn’t move the bed just because there’s a fan above it. If you don’t need the fan, I would remove it. But if you need it to sleep comfortably, keep it. Because Feng Shui isn’t about following one rule, it’s about making the best choice for the entire space. . . . #MarylandRealEstate #DMVRealEstate #PropertySelection #Prosperity #FengShui

Is This Front Yard Too Yin? This front yard looks beautiful, but it may be a little too Yin. These mature trees create so much shade that very little sunlight reaches the front of the house. In Feng Shui, I want a home to feel protected, but not hidden. If I need night vision to find your front door at noon, we may have gone a little too Yin. Too Yin, or just nicely shaded? What do you think? . . . #MarylandRealEstate #DMVRealEstate #PropertySelection #Prosperity #fengshui
