STCBL officials participated in a three-day Construction Manager Software (CMS) training from 7th to 9th October 2026, conducted by officials from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, (MoIT) at the STCBL Head Office. The training aimed to enhance officials’ knowledge and skills in utilizing CMS, contributing to improved efficiency and effectiveness in executing construction projects. The State Trading Corporation of Bhutan Limited (STCBL), in collaboration with the Royal Bhutan Police (RBP) Fire Service Division, successfully conducted a joint fire safety mock drill for staff across its three Fuel Retail Outlets (FROs), Regional Office, and Head Office in Thimphu. Similar mock drills will be conducted at the remaining eleven Fuel Retail Outlets across the country to further strengthen fire safety awareness, emergency preparedness, and response capabilities. The exercise focused on fire safety awareness, emergency evacuation procedures, and the proper use of fire extinguishers, equipping employees with practical knowledge and skills to respond effectively to fire-related emergencies. The initiative also aims to enhance staff readiness to support community safety and contribute effectively to disaster response efforts when required. STCBL extends its sincere appreciation to the RBP Fire Service Division for its valuable guidance and support in strengthening emergency preparedness and fostering a safer workplace and community.
