Why it’s important to go see @akinoladaviesjr ‘s My Father’s Shadow in theaters while we still can… If you care about what stories are amplified in film, showing up in theaters is a huge way to make an impact. 📍Monday, March 9th, 9pm - get your tickets to the NYC screening @angelikafilmny , leave a comment or DM if you’re coming! Will be at the theaters lobby cafe at 830. There’s also other dates and other cities, try to go to any before it’s out of theaters if you can. #myfathersshadow #akinoladaviesjr #nigeria #independentfilm #oscars
