Here’s a little look at what it really takes behind the scenes at the CNE. 👀🔥 It takes a HUGE team to pull this off — ordering, prep, procurement, logistics, operations, sales, marketing, design… you name it, we’re doing it. People see the food and the crowds, but they don’t always see the long days, late nights and countless moving pieces it takes to make it all happen. The hospitality industry isn’t for the faint of heart. You’ve gotta find a way to make it happen — and when you do it, you’ve gotta do it WELL. 💪🏽 Big shoutout to our entire team for always having our backs and putting in the work. It’s officially been ONE WEEK since the CNE ended… and our inbox has been flooded with one question: “WHEN ARE THE TAQUITOS COMING TO THE RESTAURANT?!” 🌮🔥 What a 2½ weeks it was. How many taquitos did we sell? Let’s just say… A LOT. 😂 And now we’re seriously thinking about bringing them to the restaurant. But we’ll let you decide. 👀 SHOULD WE BRING THE TAQUITOS BACK?
