MJOLNIR: Mk IV 𝘠𝘰𝘶’𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮, 𝘗𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘺 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘳. 𝘞𝘩𝘰 𝘦𝘭𝘴𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘸𝘦 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘵𝘰? Say hello to the most recent edition of the Mk IV MJOLNIR from Halo. This project was an absolute beast, with so many moving pieces, and it turned out better than I could have ever dreamed! It featured an accurate undersuit, TPU gaskets for the armor plating, a resin printed helmet and visor, AND a crazy chest rig with isolating pec plates and backpack! This is without a doubt the most gorgeous suit I’ve had the pleasure of putting together, and I couldn’t have done it without a TON of help! So without further ado, some thank yous! the_hudson_forge Is the mastermind behind the 3D files I used for the armor, which are for sale now through his Etsy! He was awesome to work with, open to all my crazy ideas, and as you can see, his work speaks for itself. Give him a follow, and check out his work! I hear he’s got Mk IV attachments coming soon as well! aloycosplayer was responsible for the undersuit, and did a fantastic job! Halo undersuits are a cosplayer’s dream and a seamstress’s nightmare, and Desire went above and beyond to pull this off. Whether it was driving 12 hours for a fitting, pulling all-nighters glueing fabric, or last minute adjustments the night before, she had her work cut out for her and knocked it out of the park. Give her a follow! teamjtf4 emp.frosty and spirit.studio.photography absolutely BLEW ME AWAY with this photoshoot. It was late in the Con day on Saturday, I was tired, and JT finds me and says “hey, I’ve got a space set up, let’s shoot your photos!”. Ladies and gentlemen, I will honestly tell you that I have never felt cooler in my LIFE than during the photoshoot. The lighting, the props, I felt like I was an action figure and it made my entire c2e2 experience 10000x better. Do yourself a favor and ask them about photos for next year EARLY, I have a feeling they will be getting VERY BUSY! So @Halo , think I can get in the #halospotlight ? #halo #cosplay #halocosplay #3dprinting #c2e2 #mkiv
