Some days, rest is the work. Slowing down isn’t failure — it’s choosing to listen to your body before it screams. Healing doesn’t always look productive. Sometimes it looks like a dog on your lap and nothing else getting done. #RestIsProductive #SelfCompassion #MentalHealthMatters #TheInnerShift

I used to see gaps in my life as something to fix. I was always doing, fixing, reaching out, panicking, spiralling, looking to plug that gap. Now I see it as proof that I’m okay. Because I can trust things now, myself, my space, my people, my world, my connections… and my future. If the quiet feels heavy for you, it might be because you’ve only ever known it during loneliness or anxiety. But when peace finally becomes familiar, the silence doesn’t feel empty. It feels like home. Trust that quiet is okay, that it’s healthy and you don’t need to fill it, you can just… be. That is self love in action. Keep an eye out soon for information on how to help rebuild your own safety in the quiet. #SelfTrust #HealingInProgress #EmotionalResilience #TheInnerShift

Sometimes healing looks like tripping in a field and laughing at yourself. Because being silly on purpose is wildly underrated. We spend so much time trying to be composed, calm, emotionally mature… but sometimes what your nervous system really needs is to run like a feral Victorian child and faceplant into freedom. Today I learned two things: 1.	Frolicking is a self healing activity 2.	I fall like a confused toddler discovering gravity for the first time And honestly? That joy? That laughter? That is how to reduce stress and anxiety. That’s one of the little things that make me happy. Because maybe the fall is the point. Maybe healing isn’t about staying upright it’s about laughing when you land, and getting back up softer than before. #littlethingsthatmakemehappy#LittleThingsThatMakeMeHappyActivities #healingwithhumour#HealingWithHumouret #CreatorSearchInsights#creatorsearchinsights
