Safety isn't complete until we've geared up and checked in.    On every jobsite, we protect our bodies with vests, gloves, boots, and hard hats. Our #mentalhealth deserves the same protection.   𝙏𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙙𝙖𝙮, 𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙘𝙠 𝙞𝙣 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢. 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙘𝙠 𝙞𝙣 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛. Rising 29 stories above the heart of the city, Sol Modern spans 1.3 million SF and brings 747 new units to the #DowntownPhoenix skyline—𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙩𝙨 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙖𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙢𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮 𝙝𝙞𝙜𝙝-𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙮. Before the sun rose over the Valley, our crews were already at work—pouring concrete under floodlights, coordinating trades in tight quarters, and keeping progress moving on a complex build in the middle of an active urban core. On a tight site, we placed nearly 1,000 cubic yards of concrete each week, often working through the night to stay on schedule. Progress like this doesn’t happen alone. It takes commitment from every team member on site and trust between partners. We’re proud to have delivered this project in collaboration with our client, LG Group, bKL Architecture LLC, and the skilled trade partners who helped bring it to life. #Construction #MixedUse #FYP
