We all have free will. We’re all free to live our lives however we see fit. But if you want more, if you’re unhappy, wondering why you feel stuck, where all your time has gone, or why you feel empty inside, maybe this post is for you. Social media gives us a choice. We choose who we follow. We can follow people who motivate us, inspire us, make us laugh, and make us feel good. Or we can spend our time and energy arguing with strangers in comment sections. If that fulfills you, that’s your choice. But if it doesn’t, and you know deep down you want more out of life, that choice is also yours and only yours to make. Choose where your energy goes. Your life will follow. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More! 🔥 #FeedMeMore #HungryMindset #Mindset #Motivation #Ryback

Motivation is temporary. Your habits determine who you become. “We must build habits so strong that we don’t need motivation.” Build a routine. Create structure in your day. Learn to embrace what other people might consider boring, because that consistent, repetitive work is the foundation of success. You won’t always get the applause. You won’t always get the recognition you deserve. Some days, it may feel like nobody even notices the work you’re putting in. Do it anyway. Every single day you show up, you’re planting another seed. Every time you stay disciplined, you’re nourishing what you planted. Keep watering it. Keep feeding it. Keep doing the work when nobody is watching. Eventually, those seeds will produce a harvest so big that you’ll feast for a lifetime. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More! 🔥 #HungryMindset #FeedMeMore #Discipline #Consistency #Success

The Feed Me More Hungry Mindset is about understanding that where your attention goes, your energy follows. You’re going to see things you don’t like. You’re going to hear opinions you disagree with. Learn to stay neutral. Learn to keep scrolling. Stop investing your energy into attacking strangers, arguing in comment sections, and feeding negativity that gives you absolutely nothing in return. Happiness is a choice. Anger is a choice. And every day, we’re training our minds to look for more of one or the other. Social media algorithms may reward outrage, division, and negativity, but we still control what we participate in. Hit “Not Interested.” Unfollow negativity. Follow people who inspire you, make you laugh, promote health and fitness, and genuinely make your life better. Support the people you want to see win. Support your friends. Support their businesses. Spread love. Make people laugh. Inspire somebody. We need more people willing to lead by example and show the world that positivity can be stronger than negativity. Clean up your algorithm. Protect your energy. Take control of your life. Be a quality human being. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More! 🔥 #FeedMeMore #HungryMindset #PositiveMindset #ChooseHappiness #PositiveEnergy

We can accomplish an incredible amount on our own. We can overcome obstacles, break barriers, and do extraordinary things individually. But our power grows exponentially when we work together with others who share a common goal. 💪 With a Feed Me More Hungry Mindset, we already understand the importance of hard work, discipline, and believing in ourselves. Combine that mindset with the power of working together, and reaching our goals becomes that much easier. Believe in yourself. Believe in others. Stay hungry. Keep moving forward. It appears we are going to hit 500,000 subscribers TODAY on Ryback TV! Seven years ago, on August 22, 2019, I started consistently creating my Feed Me More content here on YouTube. It began with a suggestion to grow the channel while tying my content into the marketing of Feed Me More Nutrition, and what a journey it has been. Half a million subscribers in seven years. It has NOT been easy. Early on, I had videos regularly reaching hundreds of thousands and even millions of views, and then things abruptly changed. To this day, I still don’t fully understand why. During the pandemic, I openly discussed certain issues and shared opinions on topics that were controversial at the time, including information that was later confirmed to be true. I still believe Google and YouTube have restrictions on my content that limit my visibility, although I cannot independently confirm that. But here’s what I DO know: I never let any of it stop me from doing the work. I kept creating. I kept showing up. I kept moving forward when things were going great, and I kept moving forward when they weren’t. I believe I’ve shown the world what the Feed Me More HUNGRY mindset truly represents. It was never just a wrestling character. I AM the character. It is ME at my core. Keep going. Don’t give up. Don’t quit. Keep striving for MORE in every meaningful area of your life. When we live that way, it’s amazing what becomes possible. Thank you to EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU who has subscribed, watched, commented, shared, supported, and been part of this journey, and thank you to all the future subscribers still to come. 500,000. ❤️ Next stop: that GOLD PLAY BUTTON at 1,000,000 subscribers. 🏆 And something tells me we’re going to get there in a lot less than seven years. And that’s the last bite. FEED ME MORE! #RybackTV #FeedMeMore #HungryMindset #YouTube500K #NeverGiveUp

Tonight at 9:20 PM, I lost my mom, Janeen Reeves 8/8/58 – 4/18/26 Five months ago today, on November 18th, she was diagnosed with bile duct and liver cancer at 67 years old, and cancer is an ugly thing. The last five months have been the hardest of my life, watching my mom go from walking miles every day, cooking, cleaning, and taking care of my dogs, to slowly losing the ability to do the things she loved, and it’s something I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Many of you know she lived in the apartment attached to my home for the last 12 years, and what started as me helping her turned into something much more, because as much as she needed me, I realize now I needed her just as much. Her presence was everywhere, from the fresh food she made for my dogs, to the pictures she took of them dressed up for the holidays, to the hot healthy meals she would cook several times a week, and all the little things around the house that only she did, and now there’s a silence and a void that only time can help heal. My mom was strong, proud, and loving, a great mother to me and my sister, and she will be deeply missed. She always believed in me and gave me a sense of security knowing she was always there, and that is something I will forever be grateful for. There is a lot of hate and negativity in the world today, and you never know what someone is going through, so please try to be a little more understanding, a little more patient, and a little more kind. None of this goes with us, so let’s stay rooted in peace, love, happiness, gratitude, and forgiveness. I chose to respect my mom’s wishes and keep this private while she was fighting, but now I want the world to know how incredible she was. She’s the reason I started working out, watching her do her workout videos as a young boy, and at a young age she was always into herbal supplements, which played a big role in me starting my own supplement company over 10 years ago, and there is so much of her inside of me. She was so strong-willed and determined, fighting this naturally with no pain medication up until the last six weeks when the cancer became too much, and I realize now that I have that same fight inside of me, which is why I’ve been able to overcome the injuries I’ve had that were once considered career-ending and get my health back. I’m proud to be her son, and she lives on in me and in my sister. Tonight I played “American Pie” for her, the song she used to sing to me and my sister as kids, and for the first time in months, I feel a sense of peace knowing she is no longer suffering. This is the hardest loss of my life, but I believe in turning negatives into positives, and I will do everything I can to honor her and carry her with me in everything I do. Thank you, Mom, I love you forever. Rest in peace Mom 🤍❤️💜

We are all a combination of good and bad, or at least what other people may perceive as good and bad. None of us are perfect. The goal should always be to have far more good than bad in our lives, while making sure our mistakes never become so destructive that they overshadow the good we put into the world. But social media has created a culture where people see one post, one clip, one headline, or one moment and suddenly believe they know the entirety of another human being. People fall for clickbait, ragebait, misinformation, and content intentionally designed to trigger an emotional reaction. Then they rush to the comments to judge, attack, shame, and condemn someone they have never met. Sometimes that moment of judgment gives people a temporary feeling of righteousness. It allows them to point across the water at somebody else’s visible flaws while never looking beneath the surface of their own lives. We rarely know the full story of another person. We don’t see every good deed they’ve done. We don’t see every mistake they’ve learned from. We don’t see the battles they’ve fought privately or the people they’ve helped when nobody was watching. And the same people screaming the loudest about somebody else’s imperfections may have plenty beneath their own surface that they wouldn’t want the world judging them by. The Feed Me More Hungry mindset is about focusing on becoming better ourselves. Do more good. Learn from the bad. Correct our mistakes. Help people. Inspire people. And stop wasting our lives trying to feel superior by tearing strangers down. Before pointing at someone else’s rock, take a look beneath our own water. And that’s the last bite. There are over 8.3 billion people on this planet. No matter what we do, there will always be people who perceive our actions differently. Some will support us. Some will criticize us. And more often than not, people are viewing our lives through the lens of their own fears, insecurities, experiences, and beliefs. We cannot control that. What we can control is our mindset. The difference between living a great life and a miserable one often begins with what we choose to focus on and where we choose to invest our energy. Let’s do as much good as we can. Motivate people. Inspire people. Support people. Let’s learn to genuinely feel good when we see someone else winning. And when we see something we don’t like, we don’t always need to hate it, attack it, or argue with it. We can learn to go neutral. We can keep scrolling. Keep moving forward. Keep our energy focused on becoming the best versions of ourselves and helping make the lives of the people around us better. The more of us who understand this, the better this world becomes. Protect our energy. Control our mindset. Do good. Let them talk. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More! 🔥 #FeedMeMore #HungryMindset #Mindset #Positivity #Motivation

“Not a single person that’s hated on me lives a life I respect.” That realization changes everything. We waste way too much energy worrying about the opinions of people whose lives, habits, mindset, and character we wouldn’t trade for our own. With a Feed Me More Hungry Mindset, you don’t allow hate to distract you from your purpose. You know who you are. You know what you’re building. And you understand that another person’s negativity says far more about what’s going on inside of them than it ever will about you. Keep working. Keep growing. Keep treating people right. Let them talk while you keep moving forward. Never take criticism from someone you wouldn’t take advice from. Stay hungry. Keep feeding the life you actually want. And that’s the last bite.
