Please like, share, & comment ♥️ We’re almost at 4,000 followers and need your help to reach 10K + 100K views. That would definitely help cover the costs of everything and make this dream real. We’ve come through so much including: two periods of homelessness due to slumlords back to back, losing our vehicle, and relocating from Tennessee to Texas (6 months ago.) And still, we keep moving forward. I even graduated college in the middle of it all. For months, I’ve quietly been saving pins of lakes, waterfalls, nature trails, forests, wild coastlines, and mountain view’s across the Midwest and West Coast. Not for a vacation…but needed space to breathe again, to laugh without fear, to begin to heal from everything we’ve been through over the past 3 years ♥️🙏🏾 #fyp #faith #girlssupportgirls #magic #blackgirlmagic

My DNA tells the story of where I come from which is Nigeria, Benin & Togo, Mali, the Western Bantu people, Cameroon, Ivory Coast & Ghana, Yorubaland, Senegal, Central Nigeria, the Southern Bantu peoples, England, Northwestern Europe, Spain, Ireland, and Indigenous American roots. But the truth is, I don’t know any of those cultures firsthand other than my American roots. My ancestors were removed from their homelands over 300 years ago, forced onto ships like the one in the picture at the end , and brought here against their will. Today, I only know “American Culture,” but within me lives a melting pot of places I’ve never seen and probably will “NEVER” get the chance too. My history is scattered across continents, yet it flows together in me…That’s the story I carry 🌍♥️🥹 #trending #fyp #africa #europe #thisisme
