Radical self reflected PLUR - owning up to YOUR choices. It's easier to put the responsibility on and blame other people for a lack of self-accountability. It's easier to blame your age and your hormones rather than looking at the foods and drinks (and substances) that you consume on a regular basis. You only have two choices: either you stop letting other people dictate your decisions, or you cut yourself off from the people who make it harder for you to follow through. Either way, the choice is yours.

When it’s been 30 days with no changes and you’re convinced carbs are the reason you won’t feel good in your festival fit. Your coach, who knows you stopped filling out your food log right after that rave weekend. You didn’t need less bread, you needed to stop ghosting your tracking app.

First, it was festival season, and now it's the holiday season. Basically, half the year you've been telling yourself that you're just going to wait until things calm down. Meanwhile, every year, you're accumulating the receipts of a body that's been neglected. Your body aches, your clothes don't fit, and every single year, you either have a fashion crisis trying to figure out what you can feel good in, or you crash out because your energy is nonexistent. You spend a few weeks on a good roll. You're consistent with your diet and your workouts, but then you fall off. What started as "I'm just taking one week" becomes "I'm taking one month," and next thing you know, another season passes you by. If you're sick of the excuses and the waiting game to step into the version of yourself that you want to be: who's fit, healthy, and confident DM me BRAVE.
