I wanted to jump. I had thoughts about jumping. #postpartum was hard for me and #postpartumanxiety rocked me. I didn’t even KNOW I had it until months later. I would book the first floor at hotels when I could. Close the blinds. Avoid balcony’s. Avoid 🎡 Ferris wheels.
