Doctors, coaches, psychologists, and the best athletes in the world all agree: multi-sport kids come out ahead, athletically, emotionally, and socially. So why does it feel so hard to actually do? Jonathan Carone of @healthysportsparents breaks down two forces working against multi-sport kids: travel clubs with a financial incentive to keep kids locked into one sport year round, and massive consolidated schools with the same number of roster spots but way more kids competing for them. The system is pushing families toward early specialization, even though the research says multi-sport is what's actually best for kids. 🎙️ Full episode with @healthysportsparents out now

We got a lot of messages this weekend about Dante Moore's injury, so we're here to speak on it. First off, we hope Dante is doing okay. We can't say whether any helmet, including ours, would have changed what happened. What we do know is that mass matters when a head hits the ground. Former Utah QB Cam Rising took a similar hit in a LIGHT Helmet and came away without a concussion. The Apache is rated No. 1 by the Virginia Tech Helmet Lab. If you're a parent or equipment manager, look at the data before you pick a helmet, not just what looks good or what a rep is pushing.
