Join us Friday, April 25th for a very special presentation of Pathfinders, a new short film that will be featured at the Frank Matsura exhibit at the High Desert Museum in Bend, OR. Pathfinders highlights three young leaders from the confederated tribes of Warm Springs—Thyreicia Simtustus , Kahmussa Green, and Kiahna Allen—who defy societal norms while upholding their traditional values. Through their unique pursuits as a pilot, a kayaker, and an advocate for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, these women inspire others by bridging their heritage with groundbreaking achievements. Directed by: LaRonn Katchia Cinematography: Jessie Sears, Brutis Baez Edited by: Alexandr Beran Produced by: Brutis Baez. Music by: Steve Tippeconnic This program is made possible by The Roundhouse Foundation.🔗 For more information and to RSVP, visit: highdesertmuseum.org/indigenous-speakers-series/
