A luxurious contemporary landscaped courtyard in a Dubai South . The villa features warm ivory rendered walls, minimalist flat roofs, floor-to-ceiling black-framed sliding glass doors, vertical cream fluted façade panels and an upper terrace with a transparent glass balustrade. Elegant neutral furnishings are visible through the glazing. Two timber lounge chairs with cream cushions and oversized textured ceramic pots decorate the ground-floor terrace. A long turquoise swimming pool dominates the courtyard, finished with small jade-green and teal tiles beneath crystal-clear water. Realistic ripples create intricate sunlight patterns across the pool floor. The far-left end curves around a raised semicircular platform with pale stone coping and a tiled vertical face. A narrow submerged ledge runs along the villa-facing pool edge. On the right, a mature sculptural olive tree rises from a circular planter projecting into the water, finished with matching turquoise tiles, an ivory rim and smooth brown pebbles. A compact rectangular swimming pool with blue mosaic tiles, crystal-clear turquoise water, gentle ripples and shimmering sunlight reflections. The landscaping with dense tropical foliage, broad-leaf plants, ferns, low palms and small red and white flowers.
