Crack into something delicious! 🍫🍦 Easy to make, impossible to resist. Save the recipe and try it! Vanilla Choc Chip Dairy Snack Ice Creams Prep Time: 20 minutes, plus overnight freezing Makes: 6 ice creams Ingredients: • 1 kg First Choice Vanilla Choc Chip Flavoured Dairy Snack • 500 g milk chocolate, chopped and divided • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional) You will need: 6 x 200 ml plastic cups 6 wooden ice cream sticks Directions: 1. Melt 400g of the milk chocolate using the double-boiler method. Stir in the coconut oil for a glossier finish. 2. Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of melted chocolate into each plastic cup. Tilt and rotate the cups until the insides are evenly coated. 3. Refrigerate the cups for a few minutes, or until the chocolate has set. 4. Divide the First Choice Vanilla Choc Chip Flavoured Dairy Snack evenly among the chocolate-lined cups. 5. Insert a wooden ice cream stick into the centre of each cup and freeze overnight. 6. Before serving, melt the remaining 100g of milk chocolate. Spoon it over the exposed dairy snack to seal each ice cream. The chocolate should set almost immediately. 7. Make a small cut in the rim of each cup, then carefully peel away the plastic. Serve & enjoy! #FirstChoice #DoubleCreamDairySnack #RealGoodDairy
