Respectfully if you think joking about calories is funny we are NOT meant to be friends xxxx I think sometimes people forget how many people in the world have / have had issues with their relationship with food and that talking and making jokes about eating too much or what they’re gonna do to burn off their meal is actually NOT okay Like it took me SO many years to get to the point that I can eat food without constantly thinking about how many calories it has in it and my issues with food honestly ruined so much of my young adulthood so RESPECTFULLY its not a joke xxxx

Okay so parkrun is actually not intimidating at all?! That was SO FUN⭐️ ad @Brooks Running I honestly thought would be really intimidating so I put off going for so long but it was honestly so fun and inclusive!! There were people of all ages and all paces - some walking, some running, some even pushing buggies and honestly I wish I tried going sooner!!!🫶🏼 To celebrate 22 years of @parkrun UK , Brooks Run Club are challenging us to complete TWO parkruns in October, with the chance to win Brooks prizes! If you sign up to Brooks Run Club and join the Dare Challenge you can get involved by just going to two parkruns!!! So simple and you can win such good prizes for just showing up! One down, one to go - does anyone fancy joining me for the next one??🙂‍↕️ #LetsRunThere #brooksrunninguk #parkrun
