Marathon runners see a pile of throwaway layers and keep running. Me? My inner thrifter starts clocking the inventory. 😭😂👀 Somebody take my eyes off the pile and keep me moving! #MarathonLife #MarathonRunner #ThrifterAtHeart #RunnerProblems #BackOfThePack ChicagoMarathon Chicago ChicagoRecap

One thing I wish more races would consider for the back of the pack… 🥹🏅 Seeing those finish-line cheer zones nearly empty hits differently when you’re one of the runners still fighting to get to that finish line. I understand these are paid sections, but how cool would it be to let family and supporters fill those empty spots instead of leaving them unused? Imagine getting to see your people and hear them cheering you on after 26.2 miles. Every runner deserves to hear their people cheering when they cross that line. ❤️ #ChicagoMarathon #MarathonRunner #BackOfThePack #MarathonFinishLine #RunningCommunity CheerZone MarathonIcks

We heard Chicago was flat and fast… y’all forgot to mention the TAILS 😭😂 The course was in fact flat, but fast? Well, I did in fact NOT run fast. 🫠🏃🏽‍♀️ #ChicagoMarathon #ChicagoMarathon2026 #MarathonHumor #MarathonRunner #RunningLife FlatRun FastRun BackofthePack RunningMyth
