The 85-year-old man, Roy Vogt, who was killed after being struck by a commercial vehicle in Kerman on Monday is being remembered as a veteran who spent decades serving his fellow veterans and community. Keith Rudolph, the 11th District Commander with the Veterans of Foreign Wars, said Vogt was the volunteer of volunteers. “There wasn’t anything he wouldn’t do for the VFW. Like I said, he was a 50-year member of the Post,” he said. #kerman
