This substance completely distorts the perception of reality and causes intense auditory or visual hallucinations. It is most commonly distributed in the form of "blotters"—small pieces of cardboard soaked in the chemical compound. Once inside the body, it blocks the brain's serotonin receptors, leading to drastic shifts in the perception of time and space. Physically, this manifests as dilated pupils, spikes in blood pressure, and a rapid pulse. The psychological effect is unpredictable: euphoria can instantly turn into intense terror or a panic attack. Despite the absence of physical addiction, the substance causes a severe psychological dependence. Regular use seriously damages the mind, triggering depression and psychosis. Flashbacks pose a particular danger, causing hallucinations to suddenly return months after the last use.
