Proud to celebrate the Samburu premiere of #PrideOfSamburu! This new film, produced by @NatGeoSociety’s Impact Story Lab, chronicles the story of Samburu Warrior and National Geographic Explorer Jeneria Lekilelei as he works with @EwasoLions and community members to bring Samburu’s lion population back from the brink. Using community-led conservation and traditional knowledge, the Samburu community works to build coexistence, where both people and lions can thrive. As a JLEF Scholar under @EwasoLions, I’m proud to celebrate this story from Samburu and the incredible work behind it.
