How much of a raise should you ask for? Don’t pick a number out of thin air. Start with your market value, how your responsibilities have grown, and the results you’ve delivered. Your raise request should be backed by more than “it’s been a year.” Save this for your next salary conversation—and tell me: have you ever negotiated a raise? Part 2 of my series on how to ask for a raise. #askforaraise #SalaryNegotiation #careertipstiktokcontest #salarytransparency

Salary transparency: I went from earning under $150K to over $350K in total compensation in five years. The biggest shift wasn’t working twice as hard. It was learning how compensation actually works. Your base salary is only one number. Your full package may also include: 💰 Annual bonus 📈 Equity or RSUs 🔄 Stock refreshers 🏦 401(k) match ✍️ Sign-on bonuses 🏥 Benefits and other incentives Learn how your company pays, what rewards performance, how equity vests, whether bonuses are guaranteed or targeted—and which parts of the offer are negotiable. Don’t just ask, “What’s the salary?” Ask, “How will I be compensated?” Because your salary pays the bills. Your total compensation can build wealth. What part of your compensation package did you learn about way too late? #SalaryTransparency #careertipstiktokcontest #careertok #greenscreen

Pack with me for a work trip to NYC ✈️ Four outfits for an off-site, meetings, and client dinners. My work trips can go from a full day of meetings straight to dinner with clients. I packed polished layers, a few statement pieces, and shoes I can actually walk in, because a good work trip outfit has to look put together and survive the schedule. #PackWithMe #WorkOutfits #myworklife #whatiwore
