“He’s been through a lot. We want to find him and make sure he’s okay. Or, if not, we need closure on this.” Bret Valona’s mother, Karie, makes a plea during a search Thursday morning at Eastern Lake Trailhead in Santa Rosa Beach. Members of the Cajun Navy, dog teams, and volunteers, came together to try and help locate Bret who went into the woods on March 1st to go camping. Bret is a 36-years-old white male. He was last seen wearing a flannel shirt, khaki pants, and had a gray jacket and yellow raincoat. He has brown hair, blue eyes, and a sandy brown goatee. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Walton County Sheriff’s Office at (850)-892-8111. #missingperson #waltoncountyfl #bretvalona #missingveteran #veteran #marinecorpsveteran #missingpersons #floridamissingpersons #santarosabeach #30a
