Evolution is a journey, not a destination. ❤️ 🧬 As I reach my final appointment with drug and alcohol services, I'm reflecting on how far I've come, the power greater than myself that I don't fully understand, and the gratitude I feel simply to be alive. I don't know what the future holds, but I know where my heart is. My priority is to be of service to my family, to keep growing, and to let that love ripple out into the world. I'm not perfect. I still have habits I want to change, and I know complacency can be dangerous. But today, I'm showing up, putting in the work, staying open to wonder, and taking things one day at a time. I'm not here to tell anyone how to live. I'm simply documenting my journey, sharing what I learn, and becoming a little better than I was yesterday. I can't master my whole life. I just have to master today. One day at a time. Keep growing. Keep giving. Keep coming back to yourself.
