The arts aren’t just something we enjoy—they can also help us live healthier, more connected lives at every age. Studies show that older adults who participate in music and dance can experience benefits like improved balance, coordination, social connection, and overall quality of life. From moving to a favorite song to singing along with familiar melodies, these experiences can bring movement, connection, creativity, and joy into our everyday lives. 💛 At the Tulsa Performing Arts Center, we believe there’s no age limit on experiencing the transformative power of the arts. Because growing older should mean more opportunities to connect, create, participate, and enjoy the things that bring us joy. Here’s to aging with vitality—and keeping the arts a part of the journey. #ArtsImpact #ArtsAndAging #ArtsAndWellness #TulsaArts #TPAC
