My wife @heydimplez_ have been rocking since high school and we pride ourselves on being healthy and will keep each other accountable if we need to get back on our grind. Been at this for 14 years. As we near 40 years old, we continue to focus on improving our health, for one limiting process foods, sleeping more, less phone time, and more DATE NIGHTS. #marriage #family #healthyliving #fitness #couplegoals
