Shoot For The Stars ✨ | Go Back performance! Such and amazing night of music! I love every moment that I get to sing this song to a crowd! It’s a sweet song of nostalgia about our old besties that we just can’t get over or let go of. I know I can’t be the only right?! I WAS BEYOND NERVOUS SINGING THIS SONG 🤯 | But when the lovely DJ GODDESS DEVINE chooses a song at random and it was once your GO TO; ya gotta do it! “Circle Of Lifel from The Lion King was AND is my favorite song from the track. If you know me, you KNOW that it was my audition song for EVERYTHING (don’t ask why I didn’t choose something easier). I felt the song starting to get tired and I had change up at some point. That’s when in 2019 (I believe) I was casted as Beast in Beauty and the Beast!! I role that would open me up to my FAVORITE audition song now “If I Can’t Love Her”. But also made me “realize” I could do different songs. Haven’t sang “Circle Of Life” to myself or an audition, let alone TO A BAR; in 7 years!!! So apologies for all the hands twitches you see while I sing, that was me getting through it! 🫶🏾 And I think I did… #circleoflife #karaoke #KareWeOk #singing
