#3DPRINTING #addictivehobbies

Now that I’m on the otherside I can finally talk about it , In 2023, I almost lost everything. My home. My business. My sense of security. As interest rates rose, Tiny Harlow’s sales dropped by almost 70%, and they dropped fast. Tiny Harlow was my only source of income, and suddenly I was trying to keep everything afloat while watching it all fall apart. I ended my warehouse lease early because I couldn’t afford it. I stopped paying my mortgage. I stopped paying myself. For the first time in my life, I went on Centrelink. I put my house on the market and moved the business back into my garage, putting every dollar I had into keeping Tiny Harlow alive. There were so many nights I cried, wondering if I was going to make it through. I knew I was going to lose my house, and as heartbreaking as that was, I had made peace with it if it meant saving my business. exactly three years later, I’m finally moving into a new warehouse after running Tiny Harlow from storage sheds and my garage. Those years forced me to think differently. I couldn’t rely on one market anymore, so I grew wholesale and distribution and slowly built Tiny Harlow into a toy brand that’s now sold around the world. I still remember the anxiety of wondering how I was going to feed my kids. You never forget that feeling. If there’s one thing this journey has taught me, it’s that failing doesn’t erase your success. Sometimes it’s just part of the journey. It’s okay to fall down. It’s okay to ask for help. It doesn’t make you weak. It makes you human. If you’re going through your own hard season right now, keep going. You never know how close you are to turning it all around. ❤️#smallbusiness #australiansmallbusiness #aussieeconomy
