People question how I can be a coach, a mentor, or do what I do. Simple. I’ve lived. I’ve made good decisions. I’ve made fucking terrible ones. I’ve succeeded, failed, lost everything, rebuilt, fallen over and got back up again. And I’m not for everyone. I never will be. But I genuinely believe you can’t truly understand life, fear, failure, pressure and starting again unless you’ve actually had a crack at life. You learn something from success. But your failures? Your mistakes? Your darkest moments? That’s where life really teaches you. Too many people are so afraid of falling that they never jump. They’re afraid of getting it wrong. Afraid of being judged. Afraid of losing. Afraid of having to start again. But life isn’t about how many times you succeed. It’s about how many times you’re prepared to GET THE FUCK BACK UP. We all make mistakes. The difference is whether you let those mistakes define you or you take the lesson, own your shit and use it to become better. That’s why I mentor people. Not because I’ve lived a perfect life. Because I fucking haven’t. I’ve lived a REAL one. So to the people who think I shouldn’t be doing what I do, or that I’ve got nothing to offer because of the mistakes I’ve made… Fuck off. I’m not talking to you anyway. I’m talking to the person who’s fallen down, fucked up, lost their direction and needs somebody in their corner who actually understands what it feels like to start again. Your mistakes don’t have to be the end of your story. They can be the reason you finally start writing a better one. #Mindset #Mentorship #KeepGoing #Fearless #StartAgain

WHERE WERE YOU 20 YEARS AGO? Twenty years ago today, Australia lost Steve Irwin. It’s strange how certain moments in history stay burned into your memory. You remember exactly where you were, what you were doing, and what was happening in your own life. Me? I was sitting inside the Federal Detention Center at SeaTac in Seattle, still fighting my case. Two completely different worlds. But I remember hearing the news, and somehow 20 years have passed in what feels like the blink of an eye. That’s the part that really hits me. Twenty years sounds like a lifetime… until you’ve lived it. Life moves bloody fast. People come into your life. People leave. You win. You lose. You make mistakes. You rebuild. You think you’ve got plenty of time — until you look back and realise how much of it has already gone. So don’t keep waiting for the perfect moment. Take the trip. Make the phone call. Tell people you love them. Take the chance. Chase the dream. Forgive yourself for the mistakes and keep moving forward. Life is precious. Life is short. And none of us know how much of it we’ve got. Make today count. Because another 20 years can disappear in the blink of an eye. RIP Steve Irwin. 🇦🇺🐊 Where were you 20 years ago? #SteveIrwin #LifeIsShort #MakeItCount #NoRegrets #Motivation

Hard times build great people. Playing it safe is easy. And there’s nothing wrong with wanting a comfortable life. But don’t spend 80 years on this earth playing it safe because you were too afraid to fail. You owe yourself more than that. Try things. Take chances. Back yourself. Get it wrong. Fall flat on your face. Make mistakes. Change direction. Start again. Because some of the greatest lessons you’ll ever learn won’t come from your successes — they’ll come from the times life absolutely kicks the shit out of you and you decide to get back up anyway. Success shows you what worked. Failure shows you who you are. Every mistake teaches you something. Every setback builds resilience. Every hard chapter gives you something you can carry into the next one. So stop waiting until everything is perfect. It never will be. Take the risk. Make the move. Have a fucking crack at life. Because one day you’ll run out of tomorrows — and I’d rather leave this world knowing I tried, failed, learned and lived than knowing I spent my whole life wondering, “What if?” Life isn’t about avoiding the scars. It’s about earning a few while you’re actually living. #Motivation #Mindset #Fearless #KeepGoing #NoRegrets
