Another beautiful day - this time at the nunnery on the other side of the valley. To see their smiles and hear them chant was lovely. And then later to watch the boys play basketball and have dinner & cake with them. Another day of love, care and magic.💫💫 #rednamenling #sherabchamma #peace #menrimonastery #tsedup

After exquisite daily teachings with His Holiness, numerous powerful rituals with the Geshes, monks and nuns and a special ceremony with Chongtul Rinpoche it’s time to leave for the journey back. It’s always hard to leave. #enlightenment #spiritualteachings #hisholiness34th #menrimonastery #compassion

Feeling so much gratitude to His Holiness the 34th Menri Trizen for welcoming us to Menri Monastery in India and blessing us with his teachings each day. To spend nearly three weeks with him in the sacred lands of Menri was truly magical in so many ways. We now carry these precious teachings and blessings home to share with you all. I’m also deeply grateful to Chongtul Rinpoche, who arrived just a few days before our departure and blessed us through a beautiful robe ceremony alongside other Menri lamas, where we received our new Lopon teaching robes. Heartfelt thanks to His Holiness, Chongtul Rinpoche, and all the wonderful lamas who made this experience so meaningful through their presence, teachings, and blessings. We return home carrying these beautiful energies, blessings, and wisdom in our hearts, with so much love to share. E MA HO! 🙏💫 #menrimonastery #hisholiness34th #loponlumowoekar #blessings #loponbonchongma
