happy 1 year of friendship, orlagh!!! ❤️‍🩹 i still can’t believe it’s been a whole year since i first commented on your edit. i just saw someone who also loved angel and knew couldn’t miss my chance, and im actually so glad i didn’t. i never imagined we would get to where we are today. you’ve become my best friend and the first person i tell when anything important happens in my life. you always make me feel good about myself, never alone, and you accept every part of me: my jokes, my being of dubious humor, my crazy ideas, my “conspiracy theories,” my weird tastes, and even my crushes on men old enough to be my dad; without judgment, only with understanding. that means more than i can ever explain. i love that we’re both completely obsessed with angel, btvs, bangel (literally to the point of calling ourselves their daughters), even bones and booth, etc. i love that we can share books, shows, and random interests with each other, even when one of us doesn’t understand a thing about it at first. it just proves how much we love hearing about what makes the other happy. even though we live in different countries, whenever i talk to you, i never feel the distance. you make me feel safe, understood, and loved. thank you for being you, for being my person. here’s to our first year of friendship, and to many, many more. love you always, maria. 💕 || #cordeliachase #buffysummers #buffythevampireslayer #theslayergf #xyzbca @buffysvs²³ 🤍
