I love real estate, but I’m not going to pretend every property is a good investment or that every deal works out. Owning rentals and working with investors has taught me a lot. Some of those lessons have been expensive. And some have really paid off. In one of the craziest plot twists of 2026, @Chef Will Porter invited to come try his pastries at Sable Boulangerie. There was a lot of controversy earlier this year, but I was open the opportunity to talk in person and try a few items from the fall menu. #sableboulangerie #sablegilbert #gilbert #willporter

Replying to @Kendall I understand why people might be upset about my recent video trying Sable Boulangerie. The honest truth is I was very conflicted, but at the end of the day if I’m willing to throw bombs at strangers online, I better be willing to meet them in person if they ask me to hear them out. The pastries were a nice gift from him, and I hope I can try them without that becoming controversial. Two things can be true, but at the end of the day sometimes it’s better to move forward on positive note than stay at war over something that happened in the past. ##sable##sableboulangerie##willporter
