“PEPETA” is about discernment. Like a farmer winnowing grain, you have to separate the wheat from the chaff. You toss it into the air and let the wind do its work — what is valuable remains, while what is empty is carried away. Life is much the same. Not everything that comes into your hands is meant to stay. Some things require you to sift, discern and let go. We spent the day at the Shoko Pop-Up, connecting with creative minds and sharing more about the British Council’s SoCreative eLearning course. We love hearing from creatives about their experiences, challenges and aspirations, while also learning more about how we can continue improving the way we deliver the programme to better respond to the needs of Zimbabwe’s creative community.
