I saw @girlfaithjaye do this and immediately said, “Oh, I’m doing that!” 😂👏🏾 It’s basically a random meal prep jar because figuring out WHAT to meal prep every week can be overwhelming all by itself. 😩 So instead of overthinking it, I let the jar decide! This week the jar said: 🌶️ Flavor: Jerk 🐟 Protein: Tilapia 🥬 Veggie: Mixed vegetables 🌮 Carb: Low-carb tortillas And my breakfast combo was chicken sausage, eggs, avocado toast & fruit. 🍳🥑🍓 Baby, I don’t care what nobody says… taking ONE decision off my plate makes this whole meal-prep thing easier. 😂 And this week’s pull? 10/10, I ate! DAY 32/75 COMPLETE! 💪🏾🔥 Y’all… this is officially the farthest I’ve ever made it in my 75 Soft Challenge! 🥹👏🏾 Not every day has been perfect.
