How’s that for Integration homework? Have a hard conversation with somebody that you love, and make sure to lead with the love. or you can reach out to a person who’s only ever been kind to you, but for some reason they make you feel nervous and insecure. Both, I believe, will produce good results. If you want to role-play it with me first, you can join my Integration group. It’s Thursdays at noon and you can comment Golden the link to join.

Integrating our experiences, our beliefs, and our practices into a coherent life is powerful work. A large part of coaching is helping our clients explore these three areas and bringing more consciousness to them. My students are familiar with this process as Silsbee’s “levels of situational questioning” If you’d like to deepen your integration practice please feel free to join our mastermind the meets on Thursdays. Comment “GOLDEN” for more info.

There is a term that gets used in meditation and yoga circles, it’s Viveka. It means wise discrimination. The ability to tell the real from the unreal, the temporary from the eternal, the pure from the impure. Training the mind with meditation and study helps us to develop viveka. It’s so important when we’re doing spiritual work, there is so much nonsense parading around as sense. If you’re interested in some high quality integration training, comment “training” and the bot will send you a link!
