Half a year. 6 months of baking, delivering, and sharing sweet moments with all of you—and my heart is just overflowing with gratitude! 🥹 When I first started this business, it wasn’t just a career move; it was personal. Having to live gluten-free and dairy-free myself due to my own health journey, I know firsthand how tough it can be to find desserts that are truly safe, delicious, and don't feel like a reaction waiting to happen. I knew the frustration of sitting out on celebrations, and I felt a strong calling to change that for others in our community.. we deserve to eat delicious treats too! Looking back on these past six months, I am so thankful for how God has guided this journey and opened doors I couldn't have imagined. From driving all over Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and Myakka, to making trips as far as Port Charlotte, every single mile has been worth it. To my incredible, loyal regular customers, and to every single person who has trusted me to bake for their families: THANK YOU. Seeing the joy on your faces; especially those of you in the celiac and dairy-free community who thought you'd never get to enjoy your favorite treats again..is a blessing I don't take for granted. Thank you for being such a vital part of this dream! I cannot wait to see what is in store for the next six months and the future of Sweetly Sensitive Bakery! 🫶🏽 #glutenfree #dairyfree #celiacsafe #cottagebaker
