Ugly burgers for the win. Two weeks all inclusive in Turkey was amazing, but I needed a dirty smash burger fix as soon as I got home. Cooked up on the 36” @Blackstone Products - UK Iron Forged with burger blend from @Bobsbutchers . Decided to play around with the Osmo Nano for this clipped to my cap, not a bad result for minimal effort. Doesn’t like close ups though. #burger #beefburger #100beef #burgersofinstagram #Blackstoneburger

Inspired by my recent taco experiences in Utah, I wanted to go all out for Taco Friday! Chicken coated in a taco rub I brought back from the states. Served up with diced chorizo, grated cheddar, onions, coriander, corn crumb, pickled red onions, pico de gallo, plus coriander and avocado crema’s. All shack made! Cooked up on the 36” Blackstone iron forged. I need to go this more often. #Blackstonetacos #tacos #chickentacos

So the legends at @The original Smashtool sent me their amazing Burger Press! This was my first attempt at using it, and maybe I should have put the phone down and concentrated more on the smashing!😂 This thing is a beast and feels amazing in the hand! I don’t think smash patties need to be pretty, but I definitely need some more practice with this to get some consistency! Watch this space… #thesmashtool #smashburger #smash
