$90,000+ FUNDS… CANADA VISA REFUSED! 😳 Seema Kumar’s Canada visitor visa was refused despite her application showing more than $90,000 in funds, along with business income, rental income and family ties in India. The Federal Court found that the visa officer did not properly address important evidence in the application and cancelled the refusal, sending the case back to a different officer for a fresh decision. ⚠️ Important: The Court did not approve the visa.
