The #JillianMichaels #30DAYShred DAY 38 I'll be documenting my journey, and managing to stick to it even though my busy days. Jillian has many "shreds" to choose from to meet your fitness level. She has the "Beginner Shred" for those starting their #fitnessjourney , her classic "30 Day Shred" for those who are beginner to mid level and the "Extreme Shred" for those who are more advanced. She even has a "Lift and Shred" program which is probably my favorite of them all, which I incorporate into the shreds. I highly recommend it as you can adjust it for ANY #fitness level. Deliverance 101. We don't experience the POWER because we are bogged down in the doctrines of man disguised as "scripture" and "exegesis." Nothing in the word can be understood without the HOLY SPIRIT. Anything else is academic exercises in FUTILITY. You will need the POWER OF GOD to survive the last days. #themastersvoiceprophecyblog #christiantiktok #prophesy #endtimes #lastdays
