✨ MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY ✨ Nothing quite as inspiring as watching someone you look up to achieve a MASSIVE milestone! 🥹🙌 Last night, I was lucky enough to be in the room where it happened… even if it was a Zoom room! 😂💻 The incredible Jo Lashley achieved 4 Star Director within PlanNet Marketing! 🎉🥂 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ @Jo Lashley | Ex Pro Rider And honestly? Watching someone work towards a goal, put in the effort and then achieve something this huge is a reminder of just what can happen when you believe in yourself and keep showing up. Because here’s the thing… You don’t have to be the person achieving the milestone to feel inspired by it. Sometimes, seeing someone else do something you once thought was out of reach is exactly the reminder you need to start believing in what’s possible for YOU. ❤️ That’s one of the things I love about being part of this community. Celebrating each other’s wins, learning from people who are further along the journey and realising that someone else’s success doesn’t take anything away from your own potential. 🙌 Jo, HUGE congratulations! What an achievement! 🥂✨ And if you’re reading this wondering whether it’s too late to start something new, whether you’re capable of more, or whether there’s something beyond your usual 9–5… Maybe this is your reminder to stay curious. 👀 Your next chapter might start with one little step. ❤️ #MotivationalMonday #WomenSupportingWomen #DreamBig #PersonalGrowth #TravelBusiness

🍴 TRAVEL TIP: A foodie find in the heartlands of Cornwall! 🌿 Looking for somewhere a little different to eat in Cornwall? 👀 Tucked away behind the garden centre in Lanner, you’ll find Amy’s Kitchen & Bar — and what a little gem to discover! 😍 I popped along with a friend and we were certainly not disappointed! 🥞 I went for the most delicious pancakes, topped with fruit compote and yoghurt. Absolutely gorgeous! 🍗 My friend opted for chicken and waffles — because why choose between sweet and savoury when you can have both?! 😂 It’s lovely discovering places like this, tucked away in our own little corner of Cornwall. ❤️ And that’s what I love about exploring — you don’t always need to book a flight or plan a big adventure to find somewhere new. Sometimes a little foodie date with a friend is just what you need! 🥰 📍 Amy’s Kitchen & Bar, Ponsanooth, Cornwall 👇 Now tell me… are you team pancakes or team chicken and waffles? 🥞🍗 Save this one for your next Cornwall foodie adventure! 📌 #Cornwall #CornwallFoodie #HiddenGems #CornwallDaysOut #TravelTips

A little reminder that success isn’t always about the big, shiny milestones. Sometimes it’s the little things, the steps forward and the moments that remind you that you’re heading in the right direction. ❤️ So, what’s been winning in my world this week? 🌱 Business wins! We’re welcoming someone new to the team! 🥳 Yay to them taking a step towards earning additional income around their existing commitments. I love seeing people explore what’s possible for themselves! 🏥 NHS wins! A BIG service redesign got the green light from the big boss this week! 🙌🏼 Lots of work goes into getting something like this off the ground, so seeing it move forward is definitely worth celebrating. We’re also welcoming the Patient Safety team for a visit, which is a brilliant opportunity to showcase just culture and good governance in action. And yes… apparently, I really am the sort of person who gets excited about governance now. Ugg. 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ 🏫 Mum wins! Successful parents’ evening, with both kids doing well in their respective year groups. Proud mum moment! ❤️ 🍎 The Brice Side Wins! We had a brilliant time at the Kehelland Apple Fayre and the Falmouth Oyster Festival. Making memories, getting out and about and enjoying everything Cornwall has to offer. And I think that’s the thing about success… It’s not just about one big achievement, a job title, a promotion or a number in your bank account. It’s about progress. It’s about the people you’re helping. It’s about the things you’re building, the people you’re raising and the memories you’re making along the way. Sometimes it’s a big professional milestone. Sometimes it’s your kids doing well at school. And sometimes it’s realising you’ve become the person who gets genuinely excited about governance. 🤣 A win is a win, and we’re celebrating ALL of them! 🥳❤️ Tell me, what’s been a win in your world this week? Big or small, I want to hear it! 👇🏼 #wednesdaywins #bigwins #smallwins #celebratesuccess #winsdays
