Tomorrow’s the big day!!! So if you’re getting your last minute shopping done and find yourself reaching for the canned cranberry sauce… think again😉 If you have 15 minutes to spare, you can have this fresh cranberry sauce that is so packed with flavor, you’ll never go back!🍽️

INGREDIENTS:
3 C cranberries
1/2 C orange juice
1/2 C pomegranate juice
Rosemary sprig
Heaping Tbsp. candied ginger, diced
1/2 C sugar
Fresh orange zest

RECIPE:
Cook cranberries, juice mixture, rosemary sprig, candied ginger, and sugar in a pot on the stove until the cranberries start to pop and burst - 6-10 minutes. It doesn’t need to be totally thick! Once it cools, it will thicken.

Take out the rosemary sprig. Add orange zest.

Transfer into serving bowl (or Tupperware if making ahead… remember to let it cool completely before storing!!!). Top with some more orange zest if you’d like🍊

And a chef’s note: to me, the 1/2 C of sugar was PERFECT. I don’t like it too sweet, so you can adjust to you’re liking😋

Let the cooking begin!!! Who is ready?💪

The ten trees of Christmas!!! I absolutely love the holidays in case you couldn’t tell😉🎄❄️ This is the first year we will be doing Christmas at our house (we usually go up to Lake George) so I thought… ok… let’s go all out!! My decorations are usually pretty elaborate, but this year is extra festive❤️ We have some new 🎄 additions - each tree has its own theme and personality to add joy to each room. It’s so hard to choose a favorite! Ah! Here are some of my themes this year… 🦌Woodland Creatures & Friends 🍽️Dining Delicacies 🐆🎡Animal Carnival ⚾️“The Compromise” (that’s the boys’ room - some sports ornaments balanced with more elegant pieces😁… it needed some sparkle!) 🍭Candyland 💜Lavender Blooms ❄️Winter White What holiday decorations are a staple in your home? Anyone got more trees than me?! PS - I got a ton of my new ornaments from the @kurtadlershowrooms sale - I’m going back every year! #christmastree #ornaments #treedecorating #christmastreedecorating #christmastreeinspo #kurtadlerornaments #holidaydecor #holidaydecorating #winterwonderland #candyland #holidayseason #christmasdecorations

When life gives you a hot pink tree… you roll with it!💓🎄 I originally ordered a lavender tree for my room and when this arrived I thought, well I gotta use it somehow! (I can’t stand returning things, lol) This is how my Candyland Kitchen tree was born🍭🍫🧁 I wanted to cover up as much of the hot pink as possible, so I gathered all of my baking and sweets ornaments (which I’ve collected a lot of over the years as a baker!), plus I bought some new ones at the @kurtadlershowrooms sale. I found a bunch of sprays and “picks” - which are those decorations on a stick. In my case, it’s ice cream cones🍦, feathers🪽, sprinkle cake pops🌈 and those festive streamers/balls at the top of the tree. These are AMAZING fillers to make it look extra full and decorative! And not just for a tree… maybe a wreath… a garland… table scapes… a flower bouquet?! Really endless and could be used year round in different spots. More tree tips to come! Yay - the holidays are here!!! #holidays #christmastree #baking #kitchen #holidaydecor #christmasdecor #deckthehalls #holidayinspo #christmastreeinspo #christmastreeideas #hotpink #bolddecor #christmasdecorating #merrychristmas #happyholidays #decoratingtips
