Medical Point Daily Update July 21 2026 Today at the Sulala medical point we received a variety of cases including 20 cats 3 dogs a rooster a chick and a donkey Following medical examinations and checkups the findings were as follows The cats suffered from conditions varying between severe gastroenteritis intestinal worms with severe emaciation due to malnutrition skin fungal infections purulent eye infections and ear mites The dogs were brought in to receive their routine preventive doses against internal and external parasites such as worms fleas and ticks The rooster and chick were suffering from severe respiratory distress and wheezing caused by a Mycoplasma bacterial infection The donkey had an infected wound which was thoroughly cleaned disinfected and dressed All animals were provided with necessary medical treatment and their owners were given clear guidance on proper care and follow up to ensure full recovery تحديث النقطة الطبية 21 يوليو 2026 استقبلنا اليوم في النقطة الطبية التابعة لسلالة عددا من الحالات التي وردت إلينا وشملت 20 قطة و3 كلاب وديكا وصوصا بالإضافة إلى حمار وبعد إجراء المعاينة والفحوصات الطبية اللازمة تبين الآتي تنوعت إصابات القطط بين نزلات معوية حادة ووجود ديدان وهزال شديد ناتج عن سوء التغذية بالإضافة إلى الفطريات الجلدية والتهابات العيون الصديدية وعث الأذنين أما الكلاب فتم إحضارها لتلقي الجرعات الدورية الوقائية المخصصة لمكافحة الطفيليات الداخلية والخارجية كالديدان والحشرات أما الديك والصوص فتبين إصابتهما الحادة ببكتيريا الميكوبلازما مع وجود صعوبة في التنفس وحشرجة أما الحمار فكان يعاني من جرح ملتهب وقمنا بتنظيفه وتعقيمه وتضميده بشكل قدمنا العلاجات

Update on the kittens in the abandoned storeroom Do you remember the abandoned kittens living in a small storeroom? We confirmed that there are 8 kittens along with their mother. They are still fearful of humans and run away whenever we approach, so we are currently working on socializing them to prepare for moving them from the location. Medical Point Daily Update - July 23, 2026 Today at our medical point, we received 18 cats, 7 dogs, a few chicks, and a pigeon. After examining them, here is how they were doing: The cats had a variety of issues, including severe stomach bugs, worms, fleas, and severe weakness from malnutrition. Some also had skin fungus, severe eye infections, ear mites, as well as Herpes and Calicivirus, which left them with poor appetite and breathing problems. For the dogs, some came in for their regular preventive doses against worms and fleas, while others had diarrhea and inflammation in their lower back. The chicks were suffering from an E. coli infection, showing white watery diarrhea and general weakness. As for the pigeon, it had a chronic respiratory infection (Mycoplasma), making it hard for it to breathe properly. We provided the necessary medical treatment for all of them and explained to their rescuers and caregivers how to continue their care at home to help them recover completely.
