Every one of us has an IDIOT and an ICON inside of us. The idiot says, “Do it later. You’re tired. It probably won’t work anyway.” The icon says, “Get up. You can do this. Trust yourself.” My alarm went off at 6 this morning, and the idiot immediately started negotiating: “You can go to the gym this afternoon.” I got up and went anyway. Yeah, I feel good physically. But the bigger win is mental. I didn’t break the promise I made to myself. That’s the battle. You don’t have to feel ready. You just have to let the icon make the next decision. What’s one thing your idiot is trying to talk you out of today? Love you, mean it. Holla. 👊 #IdiotVsIcon #TrickTheIdiot #Leadership #PersonalGrowth #keepyourpromise

HOW BAD DO YOU REALLY WANT IT? 🔥 Seriously. HOW BAD? I talk to roofing contractors every single day. 🗣️ “I need more leads!” 🗣️ “I can’t find good sales reps!” 🗣️ “I need better systems!” 🗣️ “I want to grow my company!” But here’s my question… WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING ABOUT IT? There’s an old story about a hound dog that just kept howling because a rocking chair kept hitting his tail. Why didn’t he move? BECAUSE IT DIDN’T HURT BAD ENOUGH! 🐕 And that’s exactly where some of y’all are in your businesses! You’d rather complain about the roofing industry, insurance companies, and the lack of good help than actually CHANGE something. Listen, I was that hound dog once, too! That’s why we built SetterCloser inside Raise the Roofer. ✅ Learn how to recruit sales reps. ✅ Learn how to generate leads. ✅ Build systems that actually work. ✅ Stop being the bottleneck in your own business. For $247 a month, you can get access to the training and community to start changing your business. But we can’t MOVE YOUR TAIL FOR YOU! QUIT WHINING. START MOVING. 👉 https://www.skool.com/raise-the-roofer/about Love y’all! HOLLA! 🤘 #RaiseTheRoofer #SetterCloser #RoofingContractor #RoofingBusiness #Leadership
