1) NOISE📣 If you're a light sleeper like me, you'll want to find a place that has interior rooms. The "downside" of these rooms is they have no windows or their window faces another wall. This may seem like a negative BUT if you're on any floor below the 10th, the noise from the street will be way louder than expected👂🏼Vietnamese drivers use their horns for communication and awareness, so the honking is a constant If you want to sleep, or want any peace at all throughout your stay, book a room without a window🙌🏼 2) MOLD🤢 This is a wet, muggy country. The last thing you want is to skip over reviews that mention mold or mildew. We've learned our lesson with this🥹One of our stays was so bad that our backpacks and clothing still stunk of musk even after we left - not to mention the health risks of spending time in a moldy environment😷 3) BREAKFAST TIMES🕜 This one may come as a surprise, but if you book a stay & breakfast is included, make sure to check what time they run their breakfast service. This will (as usual) vary by hotel, so ensure that the time slot caters to your schedule. If you're like us and like to sleep in, make sure not to make our mistake and miss half the breakfast services😅 The service was from 6:30am-9:00am so by 8:45am, we were just getting what was left😬 Hit that ❣️follow❣️ button for more #vietnam #travel tips!

Let's talk about the sheer power of Vietnamese coffee, shall we?🤯 The coffee in this country has TWICE as much caffeine as regular coffee🚀 I thought that I would be fine with it since in Brazil, we drink coffee so strong, it looks like molasses☕ I WAS WRONG, so for the sake of your sanity, please keep this in mind when ordering!😅 I'm drinking an "egg coffee" here, which is egg yolk & condensed milk whisked together and poured over a shot of espresso😋 It sounds kinda icky BUT I am now addicted whiiiiich is probably why my left eye hasn't stopped twitching since last Tuesday😬 #vietnamesecoffee #anxiety #coffeelovers #traveltok
