Shere Khan Restaurant 📍 128 High St, Ponders End, EN3 4ES A dining experience that definitely deserves a shoutout A Gorgeous restaurant, the interiors is stunning, with an elegant and luxurious feel that makes you want to sit back, relax and enjoy the whole experience. Each visit the food, service and experience was consistently on point. Staff were attentive, friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. If you’re looking for somewhere that looks just as good as it feels, Shere Khan Enfield is definitely one to add to your list Some of the food we tried: ◾️Tender, succulent pieces of chicken thigh marinated in a rich blend of aromatic spices, grilled to perfection with that irresistible smoky, charred flavour. The chicken was beautifully juicy inside with a deliciously spiced, slightly smoky coating that gives every bite a real kick. ◾️A delicious twist on two classic desserts rich, comforting gajar halwa layered inside crisp, flaky baklava pastry, finished with a generous scattering of nuts. The contrast between the buttery, crunchy filo and the soft, sweet carrot halwa makes every bite a little indulgent. Sweet, nutty, aromatic and absolutely moreish ◾️Tender pieces of mutton slow cooked in a rich, deeply flavoured bhuna masala, with that unmistakable hint of mustard oil bringing a subtle warmth and earthy aroma to the dish. The meat was beautifully coated in the thick, reduced gravy, packed with layers of spice without overpowering the natural flavour of the mutton. Loved it Highly recommend Shere Khan @Tigerbay Enfield @Shere Khan Enfield #indianresturant #londonhotspots #pakistanifood #fyp #indianfinedining

Adana 📍267 Bethnal Green E2 6AH We popped into @Adana Turkish Fusion® in Bethnal Green and it was busy when we visited, which is always a good sign It’s a lovely, cosy spot with a relaxed atmosphere, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. If you’re looking for somewhere to make a quick stop for your Turkish food fix, this is definitely worth checking out. From the sizzling grills to the generous portions, there’s plenty to get stuck into What We Tried: ◾️A1 Platter A generous platter loaded with beautifully grilled Turkish favourites juicy Adana kebab, succulent lamb and chicken, grilled meats with that delicious smoky char, served alongside fragrant rice, salad and all the extras. The meats were grilled to perfection, soft, juicy and succulent packed with flavour and had that gorgeous smoky, charred edge you want from a good Turkish grill. ◾️Prawn Tawa The prawns were nicely cooked and the dish had plenty of flavour. And of course, we asked for extra spice and that’s exactly what we got I just felt the ratio could have been a little better balanced. There were quite a lot of peppers and onions compared to the amount of prawns. I just wish the dish was a little more generous with the prawns and more prawn focused. ◾️Half a Leg of Spicy Chicken A generous half leg of chicken, grilled with a lovely char on the outside while staying juicy and tender inside. The chicken itself had a nice spicy seasoning and a good smoky grilled flavour. It was topped with their in house special sauce, which I was looking forward to trying. Unfortunately, the sauce wasn’t really to my taste, I didn’t particularly enjoy the flavour of it. That said, the chicken itself was nicely cooked and had a good kick. We will definitely do back for the chicken Overall the food and service was good, do recommend you check them out #londonhotspots #fusionfood #turkishfood #fyp #mediterraneanfood
