Leg day Part-1 Marlene and I have been friends since 1995. Almost 30 years later, we still keep in contact—which is impressive considering we’re both sarcastic as fuck and neither one of us knows how to mind our own business. 😂 She was one of the first people to reach out after my accident and has supported my recovery ever since. Now we’re both back in Texas, and she’s become part of my support team—helping with rehabilitation, checking on my well-being, and occasionally getting on my damn nerves for my own good. 🙄😂 One thing this journey has taught me: Real support doesn’t need an announcement.
