Love making banana bread 🍞 such a cozy fall treat! 🍌 I added some chocolate chips at the last moment as well 😌 Cinnamon Banana Bread Ingredients * 3 very ripe bananas * ½ cup melted butter * ¾ cup sugar * 1 large egg * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract * 1½ cups all-purpose flour * 1 teaspoon baking soda * ½ teaspoon cinnamon (just enough to add warmth) * ¼ teaspoon salt Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until mostly smooth. 3. Mix in the melted butter and sugar. 4. Add the egg and vanilla and stir until combined. 5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. 6. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture. Stir just until combined—don’t overmix. 7. Pour into your loaf pan. 8. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs. 9. Let it cool in the pan for about 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a rack to finish cooling. #bananabread #bananabreadrecipe #baking #fall #recipesoftiktok
