Ever wish you could tell the wind to quit giving you crosswinds? 😂🌬️🛩️ That’s exactly why I’ve got an airplane-mounted windsock! Wherever the airplane is pointed, the windsock is right there showing what the wind is doing. And when it comes time to take off or land? Just point the airplane into the wind and suddenly those pesky crosswinds become somebody else’s problem! 😎😂 Okay, maybe that’s not exactly how aviation works… but a guy can dream! 🛩️🤣 Nothing like having your own personal windsock riding along for the flight. The wind can do whatever it wants—I’m just here trying to make it look like I planned it that way! 😂🌬️✈️ #PropChopAviation #Cessna172 #Windsock #Crosswind #GeneralAviation

The engine comes alive. The grass begins to blur beneath the wheels. And then, slowly, the earth falls away. 🛩️ Departing TA77, Flyers Ridge, from the left wing strut of a 1965 Cessna 172. No music. No voices. Just the sound of the engine and the freedom of leaving the ground. #TA77 #FlyersRidge #Cessna172 #GrassStrip #Aviation

Rolling out of KCXO and climbing into the Texas sky! 🛩️ This one ends shortly after rotation, but there’s something about that moment when the wheels leave the pavement that never gets old. Next stop: TA77, Flyers Ridge! 🌲
