PR firms write their lines. Russia writes scripts for their puppets too. Children think in terms of ‘this country bad … that country good’ … In the real world, there are leaders of countries that simply have competing interests with the leaders of other countries. If you understand this one fact, you’ll be light years ahead of your peers in understanding the Ukraine situation: The financial incentives to remove Putin and install a pro-west puppet are incalculable. The natural gas, oil, coal, gold, diamonds, and timber resources in that country make multinational portfolio managers (ie black rock et al) look at that country in the same way Gollum looks at the ring. Putin isn’t a good guy. He’s just a ‘Russia First’ guy the same way Trump is ‘America First.’ The EU/USA deep state machine hates them both for their nationalistic stances (ie their refusal to play ball with them).
